Grape Diet: 14-Day Meal Plan

The Grape Diet 14-Day Meal Plan is an extended, more balanced version of the classic grape diet. It keeps grapes as the key fruit while adding protein, vegetables and whole grains to make the plan safe for two weeks.

Rules of the 14-Day Grape Diet Menu

  • Eat about 200 g of grapes a day and follow the menu below
  • Drink at least 2 litres of water or unsweetened tea per day
  • Keep portions moderate: about 150 g of protein and 200 g of vegetables
  • Avoid sugar, sweets, fried food and alcohol for the whole period

Useful tips

  • Choose dark grapes for extra antioxidants and a lower sugar load
  • Keep grapes whole and eat them slowly to feel fuller
  • Rinse grapes well before eating and store them in the fridge
