Tuna Salad with Vegetables

This quick tuna salad with vegetables is a fresh, no-cook fish diet lunch that is ready in minutes. Canned tuna in water keeps it lean while the vegetables add crunch and vitamins.

Ingredients

  • 100 g canned tuna in water (drained)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 handful of leafy greens
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned tuna and flake it with a fork.
  2. Chop the cucumber, tomato and greens.
  3. Mix everything in a bowl.
  4. Whisk the olive oil with the lemon juice.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad, season and serve.
